Inquiry re-opens on wind turbines

A public inquiry re-opens into plans for nine wind turbines in west Devon, four years after they were first proposed.

Renewable Energy Systems (RES) wants to build the 125m (394ft) wind turbines between Bow, Spreyton and North Tawton.
