Just another Monday evening at Shell Holloway Road! Although we received some great news in the afternoon that Shell has decided to stop Arctic drilling for this year, there are no guarantees for the future. So we spoke to Shell customers to let them know about their plans to drill for oil in the Arctic. We received very positive comments (no negative ones actually) from customers who were glad that we informed them about the risks to the Arctic. Hopefully some of them will get in touch with Shell to let them know about their views on this.
We can change things, but we need to continue the pressure on Shell – join us for our next event, it is great fun, on top of feeling very worthwhile!
