Two street polls were done in March and early April by Tynedale Greenpeace with members of Northumbrians for Peace. People in Hexham were asked if they want Trident to be replaced at the cost of £97 Billion during its lifetime. The result is an overwhelming NO and we have over a 100 polling cards to present to the local Conservative and Labour parliamentary candidates to show the local opposition of the general public to their party policy.
