Nottingham Greenpeace campaigning at Shell Garage, Priory Island

Another successful day for the Nottingham Greenpeace gang. Although our group was small, the 'Save the Arctic' message was passed on to a great many pedestrians and motorists, who were more than happy to stop and take a leaflet to see what all the fuss was about.

The weather was mild, and there seemed to be a positive atmosphere as at least one hundred people were interested enough to take a leaflet.

All in all, a significant contribution to the 'Save the Arctic' campaign was made, and we're one step closer to stopping these oil companies from destroying such a beautiful and important part of the planet.

Well done Greenpeace Notts!
