VW's Facebook mistake

VW have done a very silly thing.  They put a message on their Facebook page asking for ideas for the New Year.  Oops.  Big mistake.  Neil from the Camden Greenpeace group picked this up and immediately started tweeting and put it on his Facebook page, from where Greenpeace UK picked it up and the rest if viral history.  Hundreds of activists have told VW to stop opposing climate change laws in Europe and to get their act together on fuel efficient cars.  There are now hundreds, nay thousands of comments telling VW to get their act together.  The few poor souls who asked about technical problems have had their questions answered but so far, no response from VW on the bigger picture.  If you are on Facebook why dont you add your comment?  Together we will make VW change their mind.

And while I am on the subject of VW, have you made a date in your diaries to come to our film night on the 2nd February at the CanalHouse in Nottingham?  You can join the revolution, watch a few short films made about VW and their opposition of climate laws, oh, and listen to some music and win a prize in our raffle.  It all kicks off at 8pm and entry is a measly £1.  A cheap price for a great evening out.
