Among the papers submitted to the Health and Safety Executive to inform their report into the Fukushima nuclear disaster is an interesting one from the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE), where the UK's nuclear weapons are made. The report admits that more work is needed to bring AWE up to modern safety standards, and that the Establishment could be vulnerable to accidents such as a serious flood, power cut, or freak earthquake.
