2009 - The highlights

If you're new to this site you may be wondering what's involved in "getting active" with Greenpeace. Here's a flavour of the wholerange of things we took part in last year (our first year following a "re-launch"). There's a role for everyone - from helping to update the web page to leafleting, managing our publicity, lobbying politicians  and of course what for me is the fun bit - talking to people and getting support for our campaigns.

We're meeting as usual on the third Wednesday of the month which is tomorrow, 20th. Our guest with a 10 minute slot is from Kingston Peace Council.
