To life on Planet Earth - Our home

Posted by Be the change - 4 April 2010 at 9:07pm - Comments

My thoughts have been lately with whole wide World...

The way we learn to live or be...Our ways of influencing our environment...Soon question pops up - To be or not to be???...

...Do you stop and think about meaning of life...the way we are travelling...what we as humans bring into the World...what and how much we leave behind...what we do along???

Our everyday actions, our needs and wants in material world...Comparing living in Stoneage and living with what we have today, we are still no happier people...Centuries of evolution but how much did we really evolve...and what have we evolved into?

Mother Nature provided us with all resources that life needs for existence. They are not available anywhere else in the Universe (at least haven`t been discovered yet)...Often we forget how precious they are and take for granted...

...Try watching yourself for one day...Notice how every need, want, action influences, changes, pollutes the environment in some way no matter where you are...It  goes to the same source...If you think of population, households, industries in the World...and 365 days per year, you`ll get a better pitcure...

As we evolve into `better beings`we destroy, we kill our sources of life...we consume every little thing there is...but until when? 2050? Is someone predicting the future? How much of each life resource we have left? What about our children...grandchildren...What are we leaving behind for them???

People of Mars and Venus, get together for some serious thinking...Then one day may be whole world of green, peaceful, loving, happy,wise,caring...and responsible people...

Check out NASA`s Eyes on the Earth, Visible Earth, and Earth observatory for stunning photos and further information on climate change, global warming and how is all happening.

"Civilisation is neither to have electric lights, nor airplanes, nor to produce nuclear bombs. Civilisation is not to kill human beings, not to destroy things, nor to make war; Civilisation is to hold mutual affection and to respect each other."...and to enjoy joys and beauties of life...
