The VW campaign is shifting up a few gears; Stormtroopers are in town! Having stepped out of the movie screens the chaps are travelling the country from city to city and next Saturday the 10th of December one could be spotted storming the streets of York!
Us active in York Greenpeace will be accompanying the Stormtrooper on his venture around the city, meeting and greeting the general public, highlighting the campaign and filming for the Greenpeace York blog.
If you fancy joining our troop around town, including a short trip out to the VW dealership as part of the filming, the meeting place is the Cross Keys pub, Goodramgate at 10am on Saturday the 10th…we also plan to finish in a pub! Please let Rich know if you plan to come along (contact details on York Greenpeace page), this is important as we need to know numbers.
