Debbie, Richard and I had an excellent morning in Newland Avenue - the sun was out and the response to the Nestlé campaign was very enthusiastic. Although there were three of us it was hard to keep up at times with the demands for photographs and guidance on petition signing. Queues at the stall - that's what we like to see! Interestingly, a significant proportion of people were already well aware of the issues and we met many Nestle boycotters. The faceboards worked well - people were less camera-shy than on previous photo petitions.
