25 days Annual Leave

With additional leave accrued according to length of service up to a maximum of 32 days. Our office is normally closed between Christmas and new year and staff are not required to use annual leave to cover this period.

8.5% employer pension contribution

Salary sacrifice pension scheme held with Aviva. Greenpeace contributes 8.5% of basic salary, provided employees contribute at least 3%.

We have a wellbeing room with a wealth of resources. It also can be used equally for prayer and for non-religious contemplation, meditation, relaxation, and has a space to store medication if required.

We have showers, lockers and a bike shed, and run a free monthly cycle maintenance workshop. There’s even a fleet of bookable hire bikes to help you get around town.
